Refund policy

Boss Visions maintains a no-refund policy except where otherwise stated in these terms or required by applicable law.

If a client cancels after payment has been made, the client may receive a business credit for eligible unused amounts instead of a cash refund.

Credits may be used toward future Boss Visions products or services.

If work has already been partially completed, Boss Visions may retain payment for the portion of work completed.

If Boss Visions must cancel a paid service before completion, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Website payment refunds may take approximately 5–7 business days to process.

Cash App refunds generally take approximately 24–48 hours after the refund is issued.
