Important Information & Policies
- All payments are required upfront before work begins.
- Clients must provide clear reference photos of their products and any necessary branding materials.
- AI-generated images are digitally created and are not photographs from a traditional photoshoot.
- Although we aim to maintain accurate product appearances, AI may produce slight variations in packaging, colors, text, logos, or product details. Exact replication cannot be guaranteed.
- Each image includes two minor revision rounds. Major redesigns, complete concept changes, and additional revisions may require an additional fee.
- Once a design receives written final approval, any further changes are considered new work.
- Due to the custom digital nature of this service, payments are nonrefundable once work has begun, except as otherwise required by law or applicable service terms.
- Delivery timelines depend on the selected package and project complexity and will be confirmed before work begins.
- Clients must have permission to use all submitted photos, logos, and reference materials.
